Senior Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategist to lead our strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role involves deep collaboration with clients to identify their strategic needs and oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive strategies in category design, branding, marketing, and web.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, challenges, and market environment.
  • Develop and refine comprehensive strategies in category design, brand strategy, and web strategy.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy development and implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting.
  • Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably within a digital agency setting.
  • Strong background in category design, brand strategy, web strategy, and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in a collaborative environment.

WordPress Web Designer

We are looking to contract a freelance WordPress Web Designer for upcoming web design projects at our Agency. Most of our web design projects are built on WordPress. Most websites range between 3 to 10 pages. You must already have proficient web design skills and experience using WordPress themes and building sites on WordPress. The ideal candidate for this position must live in Atlanta, GA, be fluent in English, organized, reliable, trustworthy, and coachable.

New Business Manager

We are seeking a Sales & New Business Manager to help drive new business growth and expand our client base. The Sales & New Business Manager will be responsible for managing the sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals, while also identifying new opportunities for business growth. The candidate will work closely with the rest of my team to ensure that our clients are receiving the best service possible.

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. The ideal candidate must have experience in prospecting, making phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing a sales funnel and leads list, and closing leads. The ideal candidate must also be fluent in English, organized, reliable, trustworthy, and coachable.

This also includes being able to take a large amount of information and summarize it quickly both in writing and orally on a regular basis. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple channels without losing any details. Those channels could include in-person meetings, virtual video calls, CRM messages, text messages and/or emails.
  • High Level of Discretion: Since the Sales & New Business Manager will regularly work with confidential information, discretion and sensitivity regarding financial information is a must.
  • Team Player: The Sales & New Business Manager will work with team members from the business as needed. They’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with these team members, maintaining a can-do spirit and not complaining, making excuses, or gossiping.
  • Affinity for Technology: The Sales & New Business Manager should be a technologically savvy Mac or PC user and will not be intimidated by learning new technology. Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal: Dropbox, Podio, CallRail, HoneyBook, Pipedrive, Google Meet, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Must have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have experience with CRM software and managing a sales funnel.
